First, a little history . . .

For 20 years, half full, llc has been facilitating Forwards. What is a “Forward” you ask? It is a two night/three day retreat. An opportunity to get away from the day to day to focus on a goal or outcome. For our corporate clients, this usually meant hopping on a plane with their team to enjoy a change of scenery while hashing out any and all plans for moving forward.

These opportunities for focused attention were priceless. Teams bonded, problems were addressed, and goals were put in place. Soon, Rebecca saw the need to bring these elements to a personal level, to help support individuals who wanted to work on their personal development to enrich their professional development … especially for women.

In 2012, the first ever Women’s Forward was born. Participants enjoyed a weekend of focused, individualized attention on their own personal plans along with an opportunity to celebrate their uniqueness and beauty with a private photo shoot, complete with hair and makeup.

In celebration of our 20th anniversary, we are going back to where it all started, quite literally! We are thrilled to once again partner with Krzystyna Caldarone of Vintage Girl Studios and return to the Publick House in Sturbridge as we bring back the theme that started it all, Rediscovering Your Inner and Outer Beauty.

Meet Your Lead Facilitator

Born with Symbrachydactyly Syndrome (only two fully developed fingers on her left hand), Rebecca Twitchell once struggled with adversity, body image and personal insecurities which stood in the way of her personal and professional growth. Her story is the backbone of the very existence of half full, llc and she starts off every session with teams by sharing her experience of overcoming obstacles. It is in these moments of mutual trust and sharing with those in the room that she realized that there was more she could do to help others, not just in business, but in their personal lives.

About Vintage Girl Studios

Vintage Girl Studios is a special service of Krzystyna Harber Photography dedicated to traditional pin‐up and vintage re‐creation photography. Packages include professional hair and make‐up services and a photography session in a supportive and creative environment. Individual attention is given to each woman to ensure an incredible and empowering experience.

The Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, Massachusetts is nestled on acres of beautiful countryside in the heart of New England. This is where delicious homemade food and comfortable lodging come together as your home away from home. Through the years, this historical destination has grown into a landmark in Sturbridge, offering two charming restaurants that boast a dining experience from an era that has long passed.
