Flex Model - Actively searching for facilitators

Designed for the individual who wants to be connected to half full, llc, but in a part-time or contract-like capacity. Our Flex Model enables you to custom-build your schedule with us, supporting us fractionally on client gigs, workforce development trainings, Forwards, and retreats, among other ways!

Currently, we’re looking for individuals who are interested in bringing their facilitation and training talents to half full, llc as we dive into a number of workplace themes with our clients including but not limited to: strengths-based leadership; navigating change; managing courageous conversations; strengthening workplace communication, prioritizing DEI in the workplace; and cultivating unbreakable team trust.

We are always looking for organizations like you who would like to become our Community Engagement Partners. Our team functions as an extension of yours, helping bring more awareness to your organization by introducing corporate clients to you as they seek out their next corporate service days, team building experiences, and volunteerism. Let us handle the introductions, logistics, and coordination and be your extra hands.
