How do I manage being a community leader? Learn effective strategies for balancing the demands of leadership, including time management, self-care, and resource allocation, to sustain your passion and effectiveness in serving others.
How do we empower the next generation to become community leaders and continue the work? Explore mentorship techniques and collaborative approaches to inspire and equip emerging leaders, ensuring the longevity and evolution of community initiatives.
Throughout the retreat, participants will engage in interactive workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and strategic planning sessions, all aimed at strengthening leadership skills and building a supportive network of community advocates. In large group, small group, one-on-one conversations and team building activities, participants will have been given an opportunity take a pause, reflect and celebrate their purpose.
